Some Common Questions I get….
What’s the Process?
My job is to capture the moments. After our session, you’ll receive files within two weeks. If you’re interested in prints, canvases, or photo books, those will take longer.
Do I travel?
Of course! Travel within 30 miles is included in pricing and anything further is evaluated on an individual basis.
What Should I Wear or Bring?
That depends on the session!
Engagement- coordinate outfits (not necessarily match)…. bring anything that highlights your unique story. I recommend sticking to more basic colors and patterns- they photograph better and feel a little more timeless.
Newborn- Everyone loves the naked baby. Bring an outfit (or two…), especially if there’s one that’s extra special. Wedding Rings (for those cute little toe shots!), special lovies (my daughter gave my son one of her ‘guys’ when he was born and he made it into a few photos!), and an extra outfit for yourself wouldn’t hurt either. If you (or both parents!) want to be involved then just wear black or white so we can keep the focus on your little munch!
Family- Coordinating not matching is a great rule of thumb. You don’t all have to wear jeans and a black V-Neck. There are plenty of “Awkward Family Photos” out there and just trust me, you don’t want to be one of them (or have your kids feel that they were down the road).
